WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you make a purchase through our websites, we collect certain information from you, including:
- your name
- billing address
- shipping address

We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Other information collected from orders can include the type of device purchased (Pedometers / Stopwatches / Clocks / Accessories). This allows us to distingush marketing materials you may be interested in and which you wouldn’t be. we should and should not send to you.to be able to prevent you from receiving marketing materials for products outside of your interest. We do not want to send you unwanted email.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
Your personal information is kept secure in our order processing system. Customer Service has access to your information to set up an account and process orders, shipments, returns etc. Our Accounting Department has access to your information to process invoices, apply payments and credits and finally Marketing has limited access to your information to maintain e-mailing lists and send out emails and newsletters.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE USED
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through our Web Sites (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
- We also use your information to send you our e-newsletter with updates on New Products and Sales we believe may be of interest to you based on products that you have purchased from us.

We share your Personal Information with trusted third parties as described above. For example:

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, along with what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally, if you are a European resident, note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you place an order through the Web Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. HOW WE SECURE, STORE AND RETAIN YOUR DATA
Your personal information is stored on our Shopify server. This is a secure site and is GDPR compliant. If you are receiving one of our newsletters or marketing information from us, your information is stored on the Constant Contact server which is also a secure site and GDPR compliant. Both companies have privacy policies for your review on their websites. Order information is maintained by ACCUSPLIT, Inc. for our records on secure servers unless and until you ask for it to be deleted.
In the event of a data breach of our system, you will be notified by email from us within 72 hours, the time limit set by the GDPR.
